Here's the fix for button bug in some games like Sonic and others.
Here's principal changes:
- Fixed lag button in some games.
- Fixed swapped buttons A | Y.
- Removed config in menu L & R, they're now temp Save/LoadState.
- Experimental crc32 discover name, now with a fatest detecction.
